PAPER GUIDELINES
Dear Authors,
Papers can be sent in Chinese, Turkish and Englishlanguages.
All papers should be prepared through Procedia Author Guidelines. If you send a non English paper you should prepare an English abstract.
ONLY ENGLISH FULL PAPERS WILL BE PUBLISHED IN PROCEDIA OF SOCIAL AND BEHAVIORAL SCIENCE JOURNAL.
All English full paper authors must fill and sign Procedia Copyright Form and send it to ietcsecretary@gmail.com with their full paper.
Papers without Copyright Form will not be published in Procedia of Social and Behavioral Science Journal.
Also a proceedings book will be published for all papers (English & non English) with ISSN number in e-book format on our web site after the conference.
